How will I receive my bookings?

Each time reservation is booked you will receive an email with the visitor's information and the booking details.

What do I need to change my winery experience information?

If you need to change the information about your winery or your offered experiences, you can log into the experience portal at exp.justbelocal.com or simply email us the changes and we will be happy to make them for you.

How will payments be remitted to the winery?

At the end of the month you will receive a check for all tasting fees for the guests that booked and pre-paid via our services.  We will withhold the credit card processing fees at our cost.

How can I change/modify/cancel of reservations?

Simply call or email us, and we will be happy to manage this for you.

How can we refund of tasting fee?

Simply call or email us, and we will be happy to manage this for you.

What’s the policy on guest cancellations?

In order to facilitate the best possible experience for your guests we will follow your normal policies.

Is there a way to see what reservations are coming up?

If you  log into the experience portal at exp.justbelocal.com you will be able to see all reservations, future and past.
